What is your design process?
Our design process begins after full payment is received, until you approve of the final design. We utilize the information we receive from your free consultation to aid in properly meeting your expectations.

What is your Payment Policy?
What are your payment methods?
Our payment methods are as follows:
• Cash in Hand - local only• Facebook Pay - Currently, there is not a payment processing fee.• CashApp - 3% payment processing fee will be added to subtotal.
We do not accept any other forms of payment at this time.
What are my rights with logo designs?
As outlined in our agreement, clients have full ownership, rights and responsibilities for their purchased logo design and any revisions after final payment is made. This includes the ability to trademark, copyright, and use the logo as they see fit.
I reserve limited rights to display clients' logos in my portfolio and promotional materials to showcase my work, unless otherwise agreed. Clients understand I retain rights to my artistic style as well.
While clients have full control of their logo, they are responsible for all associated costs and legal protections. Additional revision requests after completion of the original agreement are subject to my standard revision policy and fees.
In summary, clients pay for and assume all rights and obligations for their custom logo design once the project paid in full and finished.
Turnaround times vary per client as it truly depends on the clients approval and if necessary the continuation of designing to accommodate the clients needs.
I also work a full-time job, so I do have to schedule my availability around that.
Some smaller projects can take less than 24 hours, while larger projects can take a few days to a week to complete. The process would go faster if all of the details are shared via free consultation.
Once the clients design is complete, there will be a final view needed for approval. After approval, multiple file formats (such as PDF, PNG Transparent Background included, SVG and JPG) will be created and sent to the clients provided email. File formats will be provided per need as some file formats will not be required.
Client owns design. Client is responsible for all uses of the design henceforward.
If Client requests for revisions of their design, client will be responsible for paying any revision fees before revisions can begin. Please ask about our Revisions Policy for further information.
All/Total payments are due before NeNe's Corner LLC begins designing. Payment methods are: Cash in Hand, CashApp, and Facebook Pay.
All payments are non-refundable.
If CashApp is preferred, a 3% payment processing fee will be applied to your subtotal. You may send your payment to $NeisaW1. You may also send your payment to my personal Facebook Messenger (currently, no extra fees).
Once your payment has been received, I will send an invoice via message or email.
